Anchored: In Death

We conclude our Anchored series by looking at the death of Stephen. Those who are anchored don't just live in faith, but also die in faith. Following Jesus doesn't always result in a happy ending this side of eternity. But we are not of those without hope. This earth is not our home. In the end, it is always a happy ending for the anchored.

Anchored: Mercy Over Money

This week we look at the interaction between Jesus and a blind man named Bartimaeus. Bartimaeus began his day just like any other, finding a good place to beg for enough money to make it another day. However, the day ended with a far greater treasure than money. This beautiful interaction reveals to us 6 more observations of a life that is anchored in the hope of Jesus.

Anchored: In the Fire

Pastor Kyle shares 8 observations from Daniel 3 when Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego get thrown into the fire. You don't want to this!

Anchored: God Sent Me Here

This week we take a look at the life of Joseph and find four observations of an anchored life.

Anchored: Shipwrecked

How do we respond to the "wobble" (uncertainty of life)? We take a look at Paul's shipwreck in Acts 27 and see how we are to respond in troubled times.

Anchored: Prepare Mode vs. Repair Mode

Pastor Kyle preaches on the two houses that are built, one on the sand, the other on a rock. We are faced with the question, do we live in "prepare mode" or "repair mode". You don't want to miss it! (Matt. 7:24-29).

Anchored: Don't Get Out of the Boat

Pastor Tucker looks at the story of Jesus and Peter walking one water. Rather than focusing on this climactic event, however, he answers the question, “What is happening back in the boat?” This message will encourage you to stay the course, and allow God to do the transforming work of the Gospel.

From Inside the Storm

This week, we take a good look at the story of Jonah. We see that Jonah is facing a storm because of his own sin. We see the beauty of God's character on full display and that He still uses broken people to have a great impact.

Responding to Storms

Jesus did not live a life devoid of pain. He teaches us how to use our pain as a platform.

Jesus > Storm

We see that Jesus grows us through the storms of this life. He is teaching us, guiding us, and with us in every season.

In A Storm But Not Alone

We start off our brand new series "Anchored" by checking out the scripture where Jesus is sleeping during the storm. Have you been in a storm and wonder where Jesus is? We hope this message encourages you and shows you that Jesus is with you through every storm or season.

Anchor For My Soul

As we had the honor to officially launch Anchor Church, we took a look at the scripture where our church's name is derived from: Hebrews 6:19. He is the anchor for our souls.
